WELCOME TO REVERB STUDENT MINISTRIES
Here at RSM, our mission is to Lead Students to a Christ-First Legacy. We do this by helping students become disciples of Jesus Christ…who go and make disciples of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19-20)
WHAT TO EXPECT Our RSM gatherings are FUN! A typical meeting includes games, praise and worship, a biblically-based sermon, and a time of connection with others through age and gender-based small groups. Students range from 6th to 12th grade and are from all different backgrounds, ethnicities, middle and high schools throughout Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.
OUR GATHERINGS RSM meets every Wednesday night at 7pm in the Youth Chapel.
OUR VALUES Leadership Development We want students and leaders to learn fundamental leadership principles! Students are given opportunities both inside and outside of the church to live out these principles.
Evangelism We want people to hear and believe the Word of God. We will speak of the gospel until there is no more breath in our lungs!
Giving We want to be a youth group that gives joyfully and cheerfully of our time, talents, and tithe.
Diversity We want to be a youth group that loves to invite their friends and families from different ages, ethnicities, cultures, and social backgrounds to learn from each other and glorify God as the Body of Christ.
Worship We want to express our thanks and praise through the singing of songs and music where our words, voices, talents, and emotions glorify God.
Small Groups We want to cultivate relationships among students through small groups. Our goal is to love, serve, reach, and learn more about each other and God in a fun and safe environment where every voice is heard!
Big Faith We will never insult our great God with small faith and complacent attitudes! We dream big, worship big, believe big and pray big because we serve a big God!
